Issue Management System migration to cloud

During the week 10 and 11 we will be migrating our IMS to the cloud. This will result in minor downtime on our issue management systems during the switch over.
This switcover will also include an update on our portal to connect to the new IMS.
Impact:
- Current service requests will be handled from the old system until concluded. Starting from friday 08/03/2024 all service requests will be handled from our new systems.

Updating status API

The backend status API has been updated to a newer version. During this time various servers will report incorrect status information.
Firewall update

Firewall has been upgraded on our spare server system. This has had no impact on our environment. However status signals may be incorrect during this.
