During the week 10 and 11 we will be migrating our IMS to the cloud. This will result in minor downtime on our issue management systems during the switch over.
This switcover will also include an update on our portal to connect to the new IMS.
Impact:
- Current service requests will be handled from the old system until concluded. Starting from friday 08/03/2024 all service requests will be handled from our new systems.
- Portal will receive a large upate on 08/03/2024 to connect to the new instance.
During the switch our support will remain reachable over email, phone and portal. The impact will be minimal.
